This course is designed and developed to facilitate educators in K-12, professionals in higher education, administrators, and instructional designers to become innovators in their field through an exploration of mLearning and the Development of mLearning applications.  The course focuses on mLearning and the development and utilization of applications for mLearning environments.  Participants will explore course content and materials relating to the pedagogy, technology, research, theories, application, and practice of mLearning.  Skills and Knowledge gained in this course will enable participants to use and create mLearning applications for use in online and distance education settings.
